Attending Introduction
Board-certified internal medicine physician based in Palos Heights, Illinois and affiliated with Northwestern Medicine Palos Hospital. Earned his medical degree from Khyber Medical College and has over 22 years of clinical experience. Specializes in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, anxiety disorders, and high blood pressure, among others and has hosted rotations for FMG Portal students and graduates for over 12 years.
You will have hands-on experience in the outpatient setting including interacting with patients, taking medical histories, performing basic physical exams and observing diagnosis and treatment conditions. You will also be able to have inpatient observational experience.
Rotation Description
Your rotation in Internal Medicine with FMG Portal will provide you with hands-on experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of adult medical conditions under the supervision of your experienced attending physician.
Additionally, your performance during this rotation will lead to obtaining a US LOR, which is essential for your upcoming residency program applications.
