Attending Introduction

A dedicated physician with years of clinical experience has been providing care in the Orlando area for over 16 years, establishing a practice in an underserved community and later expanding to meet the needs of a rapidly growing and diverse patient population. With a focus on serving individuals from varied cultural backgrounds, including many immigrants from South and Central America and the Caribbean, this physician emphasizes accessible, compassionate, and community-centered care.

Over time, a strong passion for education emerged, leading to active mentorship of international medical graduates seeking to enter residency programs in the United States. Through the development of a structured teaching program, students are supported in strengthening their clinical knowledge and improving their success in the residency match process.

This commitment to education extends to offering clinical rotations that provide hands-on experience and real-world exposure to patient care. This physician remains committed to both delivering high-quality care and fostering the growth of future medical professionals through mentorship and innovative education.

Students can expect outpatient exposure to nephrology with patients in the office and intermittent rounds at the hospital. This attending has hosted rotations for FMG Portal students/graduates for over 12 years.
